• To Facilitate Machine Placements: To contact you regarding your request to host a GoodCause Vending machine at your location.

5. Physical Vending Machine Transactions

Please note that this Privacy Policy governs the use of the GoodCause Vending website. Purchases made physically at GoodCause Vending machines utilizing credit cards, NFC, or mobile payments are processed by secure, third-party payment gateways and hardware providers. GCV Foundation, Inc. does not directly collect or store your financial payment data from machine transactions.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and GCV Foundation, Inc., doing business as GoodCause Vending ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the goodcausevending.org website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

4. Hosting a Machine (Disclaimers)

Submitting a "Host a Machine" or "Join the Network" form through the Site constitutes an expression of interest and does not create a binding contract for the placement of a GoodCause Vending machine. Machine placement is subject to location approval, site surveys, inventory availability, and the execution of a separate, physical Vending Placement Agreement between your organization and GCV Foundation, Inc.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the operating jurisdiction of GCV Foundation, Inc. GCV Foundation, Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of said jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
